Who we are looking for
Deloitte is seeking a driven Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager to join our Talent Team in Romania for a determined period of 2 years. This role offers an opportunity to blend creativity with strategy, driving our recruitment efforts in the dynamic world of professional services while enhancing Deloitte’s reputation as an employer of choice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid experience in recruitment and employer branding roles, in-house or agency background;
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies to attract top-talent;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and collaborating effectively across teams;
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms;
- Updated with what’s trending in talent acquisition. Understands the full recruitment value chain, including digital marketing and social media strategy, graduate recruitment campaigns and experienced recruitment processes;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Your future role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent across various specialties and domains;
- Lead the recruitment team in executing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives;Spearhead employer branding campaigns and initiatives to enhance Deloitte’s reputation as an employer of choice; We are doing great things here and we don’t plan to stop
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Deloitte, representing our values and culture at industry events and networking;
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, marketing and communications teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment;
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and industry networks to expand our talent pipeline;
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding, integrating innovative approaches into our strategies;
- Leverage data analytics to assess recruitment metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement;
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices, fostering an environment of equity and belonging.
