Recruitment and Intern Program Manager

Are you passionate about recruiting talented teachers and hospitality team members while creating innovative incentive programs to attract interns from local universities? If you have a deep understanding of the education sector and an interest or experience in hospitality with a flair for designing creative recruitment strategies, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Boundless as our Recruitment and Intern Program Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in teacher recruitment and intern program management, preferably in the education sector or startup sector
- Understanding of or ability to quickly learn different sectors such as hospitality and startup strategies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including online platforms, social media, and university partnerships
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement innovative recruitment initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, university contacts, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, google applications and slack
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously through different time zones

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled and dedicated teachers plus hospitality team members
- Identify hiring needs, collaborate with hiring managers, and define job requirements for open positions across the business with a focus of building a pipeline of global talent
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and university partnerships
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Develop and implement creative incentive programs to attract talented interns from universities to join our teaching intern program
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with university contacts, career centers, and education departments to promote our internship opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and best practices in teacher recruitment and intern program management
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
