Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment and People Coordinator to support both our People and Culture and Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and people operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about providing exceptional support to our employees and candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our company stores, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and job postings on various platforms.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires in TANDA, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS and other HR databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and organising people related events and activities.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
