With support from the Recruitment Team, you will carry out the clerical and administrative duties required to support the delivery of a professional and comprehensive recruitment and selection service to all Divisions within the Trust, and you must have excellent IT skills as the role involves using numerous NHS bespoke systems as well at the Microsoft office suite.
If you want to work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same and where you can support an outstanding team to recruit candidates into a wide variety of roles across the whole hospital services, then we are the team to join.
You will be supported and mentored on a day to day basis throughout the apprenticeship, and will be offered one day study support to complete qualification.

Process ESR change forms
Supporting the issue of contracts and other documentation relating to contractual changes under the direction of the relevant Recruitment Officer
Supporting the advertising of all Trust posts under the direction of the relevant Recruitment Officer:
Close Vacancies
Liaise with managers for outstanding short-lists
Issue invitations to interview
Represent the Trust and the NHS at recruitment events / Job fairs / careers promotions as required.
Issuing ID badges and smart cards
Undertaking pre-employment checks
Responsibilities:
Photocopying & Scanning
Data Inputting
Archiving of Recruitment Records
Liaise and effectively communicate with other members of the team and the Directorate
Support the wider Recruitment team with ad hoc work, including supporting with the issuing of honorary contracts and providing administrative support to facilitate meetings including arranging meetings, inviting participants and producing notes and action plan
