MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant with a people focus attitude to join our vibrant People & Culture team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader, you will provide recruitment support for managers and the wider business.
The role will incorporate the following responsibilities:
- Assist with end to end recruitment and onboarding of new employees on a national scale
- Assist with drafting and positing job advertisements
- Assist with Screening resumes, conducting phone screening and co-ordinate interviews with leaders
- Complete pre-employment checks including conducting reference checks
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and paperwork via our Onboarding Software
- Set up new employees within the HRIS system (ConnX)
- Assist with the maintenance of current job descriptions for all roles performed in the business
- Conduct the ‘Welcome to COS’ induction for new employees
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reports on key metrics as required
- Ad hoc administration and project work as required
To be successful in this role, you will display the following attributes:
- Previous recruitment experience, including experience in the proactive search of candidates
- A hands on approach and a ‘can do’ enthusiastic attitude
- Exceptional administration skills including excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office efficient
- Attention to detail and accuracy levels
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a tea
