As a Recruitment Consultant Assistant cum Admin, you will assist the recruitment executive in data collection and compilation, screening, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions. Your role will involve understanding the company’s staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also take on administrative duties such as managing employee records, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. Strong communication, organization, co-ordinate bookings and transportation for workers and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Source and screen candidates through different channels that the company possess.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
Prepare Biodatas and forms.
Learn how to use company software and manage client records.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and job openings.
Manage, issue invoices and receipts to support the accountant in charge.
Appointment bookings and transportation bookings
Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
