What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact for candidates, through outbound preselection calls
- Present available vacancies at TP and promote the company as a top employer
- Support the recruitment area by identifying and selecting the best candidates for each position
- Information and guidance of candidates about the entire selection process
- Precise handling of administrative processes
- Positive representation of the HR department within the company as well as externally
What you’ll need
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Fluency in FR, DE, IT or NL (preferred);
- At least one year in Contact Center experience;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
- Diversity orientation; flexibility and persuasiveness skills.
- High School degree (or above).
