JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Appen’s Recruitment Associate will be responsible for the onsite recruiting operations to meet the hiring demands of our clients. The responsibilities include close coordination with the team lead, connecting with local agencies to partner with, overseeing candidates’ requirement completion from start to finish of their application, and managing of recruitment database.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of Recruitment practices
- Good time-management skills
- MS Excel knowledge at an Advanced level (Handling and managing database)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required
- Experience working in fast-paced global organizations, RPO, Tech, Languages, Remote Work companies (tutorials) or Shared Services preferred
- Flexible in accommodating varying shift schedule and a hybrid work set-up
Responsibilities:
- Fulfills overall recruitment responsibilities leading up to the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary requirements are completed
- Provides real-time endorsement, tracking, and candidate monitoring
- Communicates with the Hiring team on the status of their requirements
- Oversees and manages the recruitment database, keeping it up-to-date with candidate information from initial application through to onboarding
- Understands local government-mandated benefits and have experience working with relevant government agencies
- Conducts phone calls to candidates, verifying their requirements, availability, and compensation requirement
- Promotes a positive overall candidate experience by providing consistent and supportive communication throughout the recruitment process
- Engages in sourcing activities, including cooperating with local government bodies and recruitment agencies to meet staffing needs
- Other recruitment related activities deemed necessary in fulfilling the onsite projects’ goa
