- This will be a full-time position with a flexible approach to how you work your hours. Homebase can be at any of our national offices - Rowville VIC, Ingleburn NSW, GlendenningNSW, Brisbane Airport QLD, Welshpool WA, or Belmont WA + work from home (3 days office + 2 days home).
- As a Recruiter at GPC you get a wide range of generalist recruitment opportunities. The bulk of our recruitment is operational, but there’s always something new and interesting to be involved in. You’ll be joining us at an exciting time of change.
- Experience in a similar recruitment setting is ideal, but not essential, as this could also be the perfect role for someone who has run a temp desk, or someone who has had to recruit heavily as a Hiring Manager. If you don’t come from a traditional recruitment background, retail industry exposure would be helpful
- To succeed in this role, you will join us with a commitment to providing exceptional service, understanding the people element of recruitment, enjoying the thrill of filling jobs, constantly looking for opportunities to provide value and streamline processes, and an absolute love of partnering with stakeholders and encouraging candidates to fall in love with our business. You’ll be a person who has a knack for identifying values-fit in candidates.
