Responsibilities:
Reporting to the National Aged and Health Care Manager, you will be part of a supportive team within an organisation with an enviable collaborative culture. You will be based in Blackburn in Victoria and responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process and ensure that new talent coming onboard has the same person-centred focus.
Day to day your key responsibilities will consist of, not limited to: -
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, screening, interviewing, conducting all pre-employment checks
- Sourcing talent across various platforms and developing candidate pools / pipelines
- Continuous improvement, streamlining and automating processes and meeting compliance requirements
- Timely and effective management of requisitions
- Managing the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding and following up after the first placements
- Building relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders and partnering with clients, potentially government departments, always delivering exceptional customer service.
