Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Work closely with internal and external clients to establish a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs and to meet hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping clients find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, HR or other related field
  • Certified CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) is essential
  • At least 2 to 5 years of working experiences in recruitment
  • Possesses strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Possess a can-do attitude, persistence and a positive mindset towards work
  • Meticulous, attentive to details and ability to work under pressure
