Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will provide end to end recruitment services to Robert Walter’s clients, candidates, and contractors. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships within their niche industry sector, and delivering recruitment solutions that meet individual client needs.
- Maximise market share in accounts by driving improved relationships across existing and new accounts
- Understand clients’ business operations and solve their recruitment needs through a consultative sales approach
- Select and match candidates for appropriate positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and role
- Focus on candidate experience and build strong relationships with candidates across the market
- Developing new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact with them to build positive, productive, and long-term corporate relationships
- Servicing, nurturing, and developing existing client relationships through meetings, client functions and events
- Selecting and matching candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
- Maintaining CRM database records and ensuring all information is always up to date
