Responsibilities:
Things you’ll do in your new role:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Manage the on-boarding and mobilisation of candidates.
- Ensure daily safety management and communication on-site.
- Manage performance and attendance for your temporary workforce.
- Maintain and utilise recruitment systems ensuring data integrity and system compliance
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience supporting recruitment within a fast-paced civil or trade/industrial recruitment environment, or the willingness to learn
- A mature approach to managing a portfolio of clients with proven experience in building and maintaining collaborative client relationships and influencing best practice outcomes.
- Engagement and collaboration with your teammates to foster a positive culture.
- A detailed understanding of best practice recruitment methodology, systems and processes.
- Possess an understanding of Safety Management and Industrial Relations principles and processes
