Things you’ll do in your new role:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage the on-boarding and mobilisation of candidates.
• Ensure daily safety management and communication on-site.
• Manage performance and attendance for your temporary workforce.
• Maintain and utilise recruitment systems ensuring data integrity and system compliance

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience supporting recruitment within a fast-paced civil or trade/industrial recruitment environment, or the willingness to learn
• A mature approach to managing a portfolio of clients with proven experience in building and maintaining collaborative client relationships and influencing best practice outcomes.
• Engagement and collaboration with your teammates to foster a positive culture.
• A detailed understanding of best practice recruitment methodology, systems and processes.
• Possess an understanding of Safety Management and Industrial Relations principles and processes
• GRIT: proven determination to achieve, learn and succeed
