RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Location: Shannon, County Clare
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, on-site
Clinical 24 is a leading healthcare recruitment agency with a strong presence in the Republic of Ireland. We specialize in providing temporary nursing staff to various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, care homes, nursing homes, and community settings.
We are entering an exciting new chapter for Clinical 24, Ireland. With a new year coming soon we are looking speak to recruitment consultants with drive, motivation, and desire to succeed! There will be new opportunities opening up. We work across various divisions of the healthcare space, working closely with nurses and healthcare assistants. EXPERIENCE WE WOULD CONSIDER:

  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably in temporary recruitment is beneficial.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly within the Irish market, is highly beneficial.
  • Open to customer service and call centre experience should it be the right fit.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
  • A genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing quality staffing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and select suitable candidates for temporary nursing positions in healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessing their skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records using our recruitment software system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes affecting the healthcare recruitment field.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics.
  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to recruitment and employment practices.
