Now in its 21st year, we are continuing to grow and evolve through our successful partnership approach servicing many of Australia and New Zealand’s largest Corporate and Government entities.
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Development of our Finite office in our Sydney office.
Salary will be between $80,000 and $100,000 per annum,depending on experience.
YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- A professional attitude with excellent communication skills
- Very self-motivated
- A strong desire to achieve company and personal goals
- Excellent time-management and strong organisational skills
- The ability to work and respond positively under pressure
- High energy levels, ability to drive business and generate sales opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Developing strong outcome driven relationships
- Growing revenue with existing contacts and generating new relationships Delivering end to end 360 recruitment solutions
- Talent pooling and market/project mapping
- Recruiting both contract and permanent roles
