Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Frontline HR are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants based in Adelaide for our growing labour hire division, The roles will be recruiting across multiple industry sectors nationally primarily focussing on vacancies in SA, VIC, QLD, WA and NSW.
Providing ongoing support and point of contact for candidates and clients. Ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Select and match candidates for appropriate positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and role
  • Focus on candidate experience and build strong relationships with candidates across the market
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • A confident, decisive and consistent work style
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound computer literacy and keyboard skills
  • The ability to apply a structured recruitment methodology to any position independent of industry classification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
