JOB SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant for our Construction Division, based in Toronto! This is a great opportunity for motivated staffing professionals who enjoy placing and building great relationships with temporary, contract, and permanent candidates. We offer a hybrid schedule where you have the opportunity to work both from home and in the office.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 1+years of recruitment experience for construction talent positions (specifically looking for Recruitment agency experience, not HR).
- Strong customer orientation with ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
- Exceptional time management skills, adept at prioritizing changing tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
- Personable, energetic, and positive, with a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit top-tier construction talent.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews and skill-marketing for future hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client and candidate details, tracking recruitment and placement activities.
- Perform additional duties essential to business operations as required, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
