JOB SUMMARY
We are actively seeking Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 1+years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing and skilled trades sector; agency environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service with ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
- Exceptional time management skills, adept at prioritizing changing tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
- Personable, energetic, and positive, with a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit talent in the manufacturing and skilled trades sector.
- Partner and collaborate with internal team and clients to understand staffing needs and strategically source candidates through a diverse network of resources.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews and skill-marketing for future hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client and candidate details, tracking recruitment and placement activities.
- Perform additional duties essential to business operations as required, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
