About your new role
Our high-performing Healthcare recruitment team is looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney CBD team. This role is perfect for someone with recruitment or strong sales experience.
You will be the first point of contact for our candidates and clients and provide the very best service. You will spend a lot of your time on the phone as well as speaking to Healthcare professionals. This is a very fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone that likes to be busy! This desk would be recruiting for permanent roles within the Allied or Mental Health space.

A day in your new role

  • 360 end to end recruitment
  • Business development with new and existing clients
  • Market mapping
  • Nurture and grow client relationships
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies
  • Assist with payroll & invoicing queries
  • Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPI’s
