Kingston Human Capital, a specialised recruitment firm located at 307 Queen Street in the heart of the CBD, is looking for a dynamic Consultant to join our Recruitment as a Service (RAAS) Team. With a flexible work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, we offer the perfect balance for those looking to thrive in a customer-focused role.
About the Role:
As a RAAS Consultant, you’ll act as a recruitment concierge, guiding our clients through their entire recruitment process without the need for candidate sourcing. Your role is to facilitate, coordinate, and elevate the hiring process, ensuring our clients can focus on selecting the best talent with ease and confidence. Our clients attract their own candidates, and we provide the evaluation of those candidates as well as coordinating the hiring process for the client. Think recruitment without the candidate sourcing. So, if you love the client side of recruitment this role is for you.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong background in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Win RAAS projects through effective sales and client engagement.
  • Host project onboarding meetings and provide expert advice on attracting top talent.
  • Process the client’s job applications, draft reports, and advise clients on shortlisted candidates.
  • Organise and facilitate panel interviews, including question drafting and scribing.
  • Finalise selection reports and conduct post-panel satisfaction calls.
