SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience with high volume recruitment and requisition management is a crucial factor for your success in this role
  • You are a Uni graduate who has ideally had 1st hand experience going through a graduate program yourself
  • Previous experience in graduate/intern recruitment is beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience evaluating video interviews is a bonus
  • Able to pick up systems quickly
  • High energy, confident and efficient
  • Previous experience using People HQ system is advantageous
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office

Responsibilities:

Employed by ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, operating as part of the graduate recruitment team at Westpac as Recruitment Consultant you will be part of a high performing, close knit, diverse recruitment team based in Sydney’s CBD. You will be recruiting graduates and interns into various highly reputable programs from a diverse range of degrees nationally across the bank. You will be recruiting uncommon minds, original thinkers and innovators from all degrees of study. Two contracts available, potentially could extend further
1 – 15/7/24 – 1/11/24
2 – 5/8/24 – 11/10/24

Reporting to the Westpac Graduate Programs Manager you will be responsible for:

  • High volume screening and shortlisting of applicants (no sourcing required)
  • Recruitment compliance
  • Triggering culture assessments
  • Evaluating short video interviews using scoresheets
  • Assisting on graduate program assessment centres ensuring candidates move smoothly through the process
  • Providing tailored feedback calls with candidates after attending assessment centres
  • Offering candidates
  • Attending multiple events
