POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Mergent, you will be responsible for proactively recruiting for diverse roles across various locations and industries. Working closely with business operations team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by identifying quality talent and connecting them with our clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have comprehensive experience in HR and 360-degree recruitment, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with top talent in the market for various roles across different industries and locations.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and onboarding processes to ensure the best fit for both the role and the company culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to understand and fulfill client requirements effectively.
  • Account management of clients including regular site visits and candidate start ups.
  • Ensuring our database is updated with client and candidate information.
  • General Administration duties
