ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Moran Head Office team.
This is a full time permanent ongoing opportunity with salary range $75 000 to $85 000 per year.
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and mobility. The role is responsible for strategically sourcing, engaging, screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates across all levels and Moran Homes. The role supports the Manager People and Culture and the Advisor People and Culture in upholding Moran’s immigration and global mobility framework for compliance with employee, government, and employer obligations. You will offer specialised expertise in international recruitment, conduct labour market testing, and develop recruitment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment cycle, including but not limited to advertising of roles, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks, the offer management process and onboarding.
  • Prepare offer of employment letters, contracts and follow up of signed contracts.
  • Oversee the Orientation Program by providing support to Moran Home General Managers to ensure all new employees are welcomed to MHCG and an early understanding of the culture of MHCG is developed
  • Act as Moran’s contact point for immigration and global mobility matters, including the provision of data and reporting and liaising with external bodies where required
  • Support hiring managers, current and prospective staff, regarding visa options and complex issues triaging to migration agent, as required.
