Description:
Our client is a government institution in Dubai looking for a Recruiter on a 10-month contract. Candidates with their Own Visa (Family Sponsored/ Golden Visa/Freelance Visa) will be given preference.
As a recruiter for the esteemed government school, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and operations staff. Your primary duties will include:
JOB POSTING:
- Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Utilize various channels for posting job vacancies, ensuring maximum visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Familiarity with government hiring processes and regulations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic language is desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
