JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Participation in campus recruitment
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process
• General HR administration

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or equivalent
• Min 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Technical/Technology hiring experience would be highly advantageous
• Motivated, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment;
• Able to interact with all level, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner;
• Meticulous and attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill; and
• Diplomatic, discrete and able to keep confidentiality at all times
