Our client is in the Construction and Hospitality industry are looking for the right person to grow with the company. Join us, and step into the role of a recruitment consultant. You will be working closely with the People and Culture manager on some exciting projects ahead.

About the role:

  • Create recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates using various platforms like job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
  • Conduct recruitment activities such as resume screenings and interviews to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing needs and update job descriptions accordingly.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and offering ongoing support.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the People & Culture team.
  • Innovate and enhance the hiring process continually, striving for fairness, efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and territorial hiring regulations.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People & Culture Manager to enhance employer branding.
  • Assist in implementing initiatives to strengthen the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and support talent attraction and retention strategies.

What you will need:

In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of WHS safety regulations and procedures.
  • Industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, or qualification in Human Resource Management. (Desired)

What We Can Offer:

  • $80K to 90K plus Super
