Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Recruitment Consultant (Supply Chain), you will be at the heart of our operations. Your role will involve managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying business opportunities to exceeding client expectations by building robust relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing, selecting and matching candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward. Your ability to organise meetings with prospective clients while developing existing relationships will be crucial in this role. With your thorough understanding of the client’s business and culture, you will successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements. Your commitment to delivering service, quality and results will see you develop and implement successful recruitment campaigns.

  • Identify business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as keeping abreast of industry developments
  • Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and understanding each client’s organisation and recruitment needs
  • Manage client roles, including writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots and head hunting
  • Source, select and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients
  • Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
  • Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business, culture and successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements
  • Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality and results

The ideal candidate for this Recruitment Consultant role brings a sales-oriented mindset coupled with strong business development skills. You will have a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and at least five years’ experience in human resources roles or in a sales/business development environment. Your dynamic, resilient personality will thrive in a fast-paced environment with sales targets. Fluency in English is essential, as are excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
