Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a full-time/part-time (four days), permanent Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, source, and interview candidates. You will work across a diverse range of permanent and temporary roles and industries.
One of the primary functions of this role is to devise innovative sourcing strategies, develop relationships with current and potential candidates, and build a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
This role is for someone looking for “not just a job” but for a role where they can immerse themselves in a position and culture and love what they do each day.

DUTIES

  • Screen resumes, reference check, and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
  • Take job briefs in Senior Consultants’ absence
  • Brief candidates for both temporary and permanent positions
  • Fill both temporary and permanent vacancies
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Use social media platforms and professional networks to connect with potential candidates
  • Devise candidate sourcing strategies
  • Advise on rates, salaries and relevant awards
  • Provide career advice, counselling and performance management
  • Write job advertising copy
  • Update and maintain talent pools
  • Forecast future employer hiring needs and perform regular analysis
  • Run candidate workshops
  • Implement strategies for continually improving the candidate’s experience
  • Ad-hoc project work in relation to enhancing the candidate experience
