Description:

Key Responsibilities: Provide support with strategies for BPAS roles providing advice and support to the Recruitment Manager and the hiring line managers. Produce and manage job adverts across various channels including social media. To monitor the recruitment inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner. To distribute emails to wider team where appropriate.
Support in the sourcing of opportunities for attraction events and take the a leading role in attendance. Identify areas where BPAS can improve and streamline processes. Manage the BPAS pre-employment screening process including Right to Work documentation. Take ownership of recruitment projects About You You will be a people-person, who enjoys communicating with different people internally and externally.
You will have exceptional time management and attention to detail in all areas of your work, and be able to provide a positive, solution-orientated approach to recruitment activity. You will be someone who is able to adapt to change, and be able to respond to conflicting priorities quickly and efficiently. You will thrive working in a busy environment and you will have the tenacity and resilience to drive through recruitment processes across the whole recruitment lifecycle. Proven recruitment or resourcing experience is essential for this role.
You will bring: Previous experience working within an in-house or agency / resourcing recruitment role. Experience of recruiting via social media and managing direct hiring channels. Ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately. Further Information Location: Home working with 1 to 2 days per week working in our head office in Leamington Spa.
