Scope
Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring needs across all Corporate Functions (e.g. HR, Legal & Compliance, IT, Admin, etc) in the UK, Europe & Asia. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment coordinator looking to grow and develop a career in Recruitment. You will be an essential part of our Global Corporate Recruiting team, facilitating an exemplary recruitment service for our candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will work closely with the Corporate recruiters on day-to-day recruiting activities, which include but are not limited to: interview coordination, candidate sourcing & management, ad hoc projects, reporting, and day-to-day administration.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all coordination aspects related to corporate recruiting, such as:-

  • arranging all candidate interviews and assessments, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies as required
  • managing all logistical arrangements for interviews & recruitment related meetings factoring in the complexities of different time zones
  • owning the candidate experience and acting as candidate liaison ahead of interviews
  • collating timely feedback following interviews in collaboration with the recruiters, and progressing/declining candidates in a timely and sensitive manner
  • ensuring Workday (ATS) is updated regularly and accurately, along with other tracking mechanisms as necessary
  • creating roles on Workday and posting these vacancies on the HL Careers page
  • researching and posting to external country specific job boards as required
  • responding to ad hoc queries and requests in a timely manner
  • supporting the Corporate Recruiter with other duties as required, e.g CV screening, perform LinkedIn Searches as needed (training & support will be provided)
  • supporting ad-hoc projects where required
  • process recruitment related expenses
  • track and manage all recruitment related invoices and expenses

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Human Resources or similar natured field)
  • Prior experience working in a coordination/administrator role within a Human Resources or Recruiting function, preferably within Financial Services
  • Proven experience coordinating complex interview scheduling/processes
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced/high-volume recruitment/HR environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and Service orientated mindset
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Positive attitude, excellent team player, resilience, and diligence
  • Prior ATS experience, Workday experience will be advantageous

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements

The following skills and experience are advantageous but not essential:-

  • Prior experience in an environment supporting Corporate Functions
  • Prior experience supporting any of the following locations in addition to the UK: Europe, Middle East, and Asia
  • Prior experience in CV screening/direct sourcing/talent pipelining
  • Prior experience in Contingent worker processes
  • Up to date knowledge of Recruitment best practices
