DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
- $120,000 Package per annum + Benefits | Modern CBD offices in prime location
- Be the lynch pin in the Talent Team
- Internal role | No BD or cold calls
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage LinkedIn and Seek advertising/searches and have a thorough understanding of best practices for doing so and managing renewal of contracts and licences
- Scheduling and co-ordination of Recruiting Manager, Hiring Managers and candidate diaries when arranging pre briefing meetings, agency briefing and candidate interviews, as well as managing communication throughout the recruitment process
- Recruitment admin, including reference checking, sending out candidate assessments, supporting the on-boarding process and any other duties that arrive
- Conduct first round screening calls with candidates and be part of the recruitment panel for junior roles within the organisation, providing feedback in a timely manner to candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare written copy for job advertisements, ensuring the copy is on brand and appealing to attract the best possible talent
