Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate background checks and reference verification processes.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports as needed.
- Support the HR team with other recruitment and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar HR role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
