Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
  • Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference verification processes.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports as needed.
  • Support the HR team with other recruitment and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar HR role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
