Description:

KnG Healthcare are looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Recruitment coordinators are responsible for the screening and onboarding of appropriately trained and skilled employees to ensure suitable staff are matched efficiently with client requirements. The role is responsible for high volume screening, assessing, phone interviews and onboarding of candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to remain calm while managing multiple tasks or employee enquiries
  • Ability to manage competing demands, solve problems and make appropriate decisions or escalations in relation to the position responsibilities.
  • Creative, innovative and analytical approach with good attention to detail
  • Ability to contribute to a high performing team environment that fosters social inclusion, innovation, creativity and individual empowerment.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and flexible with a high degree of initiative.
  • Efficient management of tasks tracking and provide regular updates.
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess candidate resumes.
  • Actively manage candidate applications ensuring efficient and effective use of staff resources.
  • Screen candidates based on minimum requirements for job descriptions.
  • Maintain interview schedules and calendars
  • Conduct interviews by phone – maintain interview and hiring records and notes.
  • Communicate next steps of the process to each candidate.
  • Prepare email and information packs.
  • Orientation and Onboarding for new hires.
  • Build high quality relationships with candidates and customers.
  • Take client calls and requests, receive information and update records.
  • Participate in the implementation of new recruitment systems and processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing work practices, processes and systems as required.
  • Ensure that all practices align with all relevant laws, standards, regulations and guidelines.
