Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

RECRUITMENT OPS:

  • Manage the intake process for all new requisition requests
  • Collaborate with the Talent team and department leaders to develop and draft job descriptions and postings
  • Build job requisitions in Greenhouse ATS, including integrating calendar automations and peripheral tools
  • Ensure all job posts and communications are standardized in accordance with employment laws and company policies
  • Regularly review and update job posting language to ensure compliance with current regulations and best practices
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, working closely with recruiters to provide timely updates, answer inquiries, and facilitate communication across hiring teams
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage rescheduling as needed, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct reference checks, contacting candidate references directly and sharing findings with hiring teams
  • Support the P&C team with background checks and other ad hoc optimization projects

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:

  • Create a positive and memorable experience for candidates by providing timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process
  • Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the company culture and values
  • Maintain ATS and CRM systems effectively organized with candidate details and prospect notes
