Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Team are amid an exciting transformation, optimising our recruitment system and streamlining processes to create efficiencies. Due to internal movement, we require a motivated individual who can pivot and provide the additional foundational support of administration and candidate management throughout this exciting change period. This position is vital in making that happen.

As Recruitment Coordinator, in this 360-degree recruitment role your key responsibilities include;

  • Writing and placing adverts and supporting the recruitment manager to create bespoke sourcing strategies
  • Partner with marketing and internal communications team on digital campaigns
  • Ensure our Values are embedded in our all our activities, screening CVs, booking interviews and arranging assessments
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks, completing reference checks and assisting with offers
  • Providing support to General Managers in relation to recruitment processes
  • Building & maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Working on strategic projects such as Assessment Centres, Process improvements, system upgrades and more.
