THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team! You’ll play a key role in our rapid growth and success in the Philippines. Whether you’ve had experience supporting recruitment teams previously, or you have held similar client facing or administrative positions, our ideal candidate will share the tenacity and excitement we have for recruiting top talent in the Philippines.

Hours: 9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with all administrative and coordination tasks supporting full-cycle recruitment and progression of the hiring process including but not limited to: candidate communication, sourcing, resume screening, scheduling, sending legal documents for signature, and due diligence.
  • Own external job board posting for all open positions as well as research new options for posting.
  • Actively source active and passive talent through LinkedIn, networking groups, and other sourcing streams to help build the recruitment pipeline.
  • Schedule interviews for all open requisitions while working directly with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Establish relationships with the hiring manager and teams to learn the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their recruitment needs.
  • Track and report on key recruitment team metrics as assigned.
  • Serve as a brand advocate both internally and externally while upholding recruitment processes and standards.
  • Lead regional efforts for recruitment marketing to elevate our brand.
  • Become proficient in Greenhouse (ATS) and all other recruitment tools in our tech stack.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on the latest Talent Acquisition news and trends.
  • Own and develop other special projects and quarterly goals as assigned.
