WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a 6 month fixed term Recruitment Coordinator who possesses excellent articulation skills, a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. The ability to take initiative when necessary is highly valued. Candidates with experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Co-ordinator would be particularly well-suited for this opportunity.
This position plays a critical role in our business operations and operates within a fast-paced environment, demanding both efficiency and composure, along with meticulous attention to detail. You will report directly to our HR Talent Partner and not only assist with day-to-day tasks but also play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy, enhancing talent retention efforts, and contributing to various other projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing various administrative duties that support the recruiting function
  • Documenting, tracking, maintaining records and the status of requisitions with the CRM
  • Posting vacancies on our careers portal and other online job boards
  • Assist Talent Partner in active sourcing when required
  • Qualifying candidates on the phone before selecting them for shortlist
  • Liaising with HR, ops management & training team
  • Assisting the Talent Partner to ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are achieved
  • Providing a positive candidate experience by engaging with candidates and new starts in assisting them with general queries
  • Collating data for weekly or monthly reports
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest promotions, initiatives and company policies/procedures.
  • Assisting in ad hoc assigned projects.
