YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within Service Victoria, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support in identifying top talent.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in recruitment co-ordination, preferably within the IT industry or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT MISCONDUCT SCREENING REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

As the Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you will support the process of selecting and onboarding top-tier talent. You’ll be part of a small, energetic in-house recruitment team tasked with making sure we’re finding, hiring and onboarding the right people for the job.
You will help develop and implement recruitment processes and create a positive experience for candidates.
This position reports directly to the Recruitment Manager and collaborates closely with Executive Directors and Managers to understand staffing needs and organisational goals.
