Description:

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Satisfactory credit check

Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Coordinator with XPS you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for new joiners, including issuing employment contracts and onboarding new starters.
  • Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team and manage the administration of the end-to-end recruitment process, from job adverts to job offers.
  • Support with pre-employment vetting i.e., Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks, right to work checks, credit checks, references, and other relevant compliance requirements, in accordance with the legal obligations for data protection, and other appropriate statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to queries via the recruitment inbox and HR Service Portal, ensuring all queries are responded to and resolved within the agreed timeline.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the recruitment dashboard.
  • Review and approve invoices from third party suppliers.
  • Arrange the Corporate Induction sessions and provide technical support to the Recruitment Operations Team Leader during the monthly Corporate Induction session for new starters. As appropriate support with the presentation of the session,
  • Correspond with external recruitment agencies on our preferred suppliers list (PSL) for the appointment of permanent and temporary staff.
  • Contribute to the delivery of recruitment projects and the continuous improvement of the recruitment function.
  • General administration duties such as, checking invoices, filing, archiving, and GDPR compliance.
