SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in HR, Recruitment, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them to the recruitment context.
- Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns and marketing tools.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
- Proficiency in using recruitment marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content for diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

By leveraging modern marketing methods and tactics, you will help attract top talent in the market and enhance our clients’ employer brand presence.
