QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Labour Hire Consultant or Account Manager
- Ability to identify and source potential candidates through various channels
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Proficiency in using computer software for administration, including Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with payroll, rostering, and timesheet management systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Certificate or Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related field is desirable

Responsibilities:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Labour Hire Consultant - Account Manager, located in Brisbane, QLD. The role will require managing client accounts, identifying and sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, and negotiating deals with clients. Regular office visits may be required, but some remote work is acceptable.
