Description:
At CPM, we create and deliver insight led sales, marketing, and customer experience strategies, wherever and whenever our clients’ customers and shoppers can be influenced.
People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the CPM People team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.
This role will lead the recruitment team while working alongside wider People Team which includes HR and Regional Managers.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Senior Managers to design and implement recruitment strategies across our various teams, whilst guiding and developing the recruitment team to ensure that a best-in-class service is delivered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years in-house or agency recruitment background
- Demonstrable experience within a similarly fast paced, commercially focussed environment would be highly desirable (e.g. Retail, Sales & FMCG)
- Experience managing an ATS (Workable)
- Experience managing Social media tools such as HubSpot to promote activity across a range of Social Media channels
- Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple demands
- Proven ability in building strong relationships
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Presentation skills - ability to communicate and present material in large scale public forum
Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment of staff across our business, Retail, Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Operations and Head Office roles
- Developing a Recruitment strategy and delivering this with the support of the recruitment team
- Building strong partnering relationships within the Hiring Managers and HR Team across the business at all levels
- Oversee social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success
- Build a strong employer brand, integrating all our social media strategies, including the careers page, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Ensuring the company’s DEI initiatives are applied in a progressive and proactive manner in alignment with our company commitment to Diversity & Inclusion.
- Continuously looking at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes to meet growing business demands
- Management and development of a small team to deliver the best recruitment outcomes and experience for the business and candidates
- Preparation of management information reports detailing team KPI performance
- Engagement in various people related project activities that promote CPM’s values and culture
