After a new client win in the Frankfurt area, Hudson RPO are seeking dedicated Life Sciences recruitment experts to join a Top 10 Pharmaceutical organisation with ambitious growth objectives in areas of significant unmet need for patients globally.
As an innovative talent provider to the Life Sciences Sector we are seeking a Recruitment Lead who wants to help solve some of the toughest hiring challenges in Germany including but not limited to; how to integrate AI into Life Sciences into recruitment, finding talent to fill the jobs of the future, setting ambitious time to hire goals in order to speed up product launch cadence and ensuring that all candidates and hiring managers experience a world class recruitment process.
As a leader within Hudson RPO you will be challenged and encouraged to do your best work while managing teams of experts who truly understand both the talent and Life Sciences landscape.
