Responsibilities:
Abingdon School is looking to appoint a confident and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our friendly HR team. The appointment will initially be on a fixed term basis for 6 months, though this may be extended by mutual agreement to 12 months, depending on requirements.
The Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in the planning and management of all aspects of staff recruitment and selection across a wide range of campaigns from senior leaders to casual lifeguards. The postholder will work very closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other managers and act as the key contact for candidates. They will also be responsible for ensuring all recruitment data are up to date and are used effectively to inform the further development of recruitment processes.
