Description:
We are looking for Recruitment Manager / Senior Associate at Royal Ocean Marine, you will be responsible for generarting the recruitment section/ industries to ensure the successful sourcing, hiring and P/L of department and also to ensure commitment for our clients in the industry. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract and retain high-caliber candidates/ Clients.
You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and industry best practices. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications and skills.
Your strong leadership skills, along with your extensive experience in recruitment, will enable you to mentor and support the recruitment team in achieving their goals while maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
