REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally you have previously managed a team, or have mentored/ trained new staff
- Minimum 5 years+ recruitment experience
- Sales experience in recruitment environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A strong business development/sales focus
- Experience presenting to clients or in large team environments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of experienced recruiters
- Develop & execute strategic plans for you team and the company
- Manage client relationships, nurture key accounts, and expand business opportunities
- Be the go-to expert for questions and escalations
- Attend sales meeting and participate in new initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems and processes
