REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideally you have previously managed a team, or have mentored/ trained new staff
  • Minimum 5 years+ recruitment experience
  • Sales experience in recruitment environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong business development/sales focus
  • Experience presenting to clients or in large team environments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of experienced recruiters
  • Develop & execute strategic plans for you team and the company
  • Manage client relationships, nurture key accounts, and expand business opportunities
  • Be the go-to expert for questions and escalations
  • Attend sales meeting and participate in new initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems and processes
