Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team and lead a high performing team of Recruitment Consultants to deliver excellence to our clients and customers in the NHS through our flexible staffing solutions.

SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Recruitment Manager you will manage, develop, and build a team of Recruitment Consultants to drive and deliver the talent attraction and recruitment services for NHS Professionals including campaigns, screening, processing, and referring relevant applicants into the candidate pipeline using best practice solutions.

This role will see you partner the Management Team to assess client requirements, pipeline effectiveness, and deliver an outstanding service to our clients and bank members.

  • Responsible for monitoring and increasing productivity of the Recruitment Consultants to create a more efficient, cost-effective team.
  • Drive and deliver best practice solutions for Talent Attraction including campaigns, screening, and placement of workers
  • Working closely with the business to identify their service and recruitment needs, identifying, and implementing strategies to build candidate pipelines to support these
  • Responsible for key elements of implementing and overseeing service recovery plans if/when productivity falls below the required productivity targets
  • Production and presentation of Team Monthly Performance Report (TMPR) in line with agreed monthly performance
  • Ensure that all activities conducted by your team are fully compliant with NHS Employment Check Standards and meet all other statutory and mandatory requirements as applicable and that relevant and effective quality checks are in place to ensure adherence
  • Responsible for managing key elements of the flexible worker recruitment process. Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving increases in performance through tactical changes.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation both internal and external communications relating to the services and performance of the service offering
  • Ensure that the vision and strategy is communicated, understood, and owned by team members
  • Create a “right first time” culture within the team
  • Ensuring applicants are kept up to date as to the status of their application, their next steps and any requirements on them to undertake tasks in relation to their application
  • Assessment of the talent pipeline in line with the agreed demand and fulfilment forecasts alongside the Head of Recruitment.
  • Responsible for identification, management, reporting and escalation (where appropriate) of all Data Protection breaches
  • Front-line performance within Recruitment function, including adherence to KPI’s and SLAs as agreed with the Head of Recruitment.
  • Day to day management of the Recruitment Team, telephony performance and reporting performance metrics
