Description:

Robert Walters Liverpool is hiring for a Recruitment Manager to take over the running of a high-performing team. Instead of having to grow something from scratch you’ll be inheriting a well-established, successful team that still has plenty of scope to scale-up. On top of this, you will have access to a long list of existing clients that are working with RW exclusively.

We are looking for a Billing Recruitment Manager that will lead from the front, who can drive a positive sales culture and has solid people-management skills. Our office environment is relaxed and autonomous so you won’t be expected to micro-manage and instruct the team to constantly cold call, send spec CVs or meet pointless KPIs. Instead, you and the team will be encouraged to engage with senior talent and developing proper relationship with senior stakeholders doing the following:

  • Roundtable events & breakfast seminars
