ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the National GM - Industrial and as part of the senior industrial leadership team, your key responsibilities will include:-

• Business Development: Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our client base.
• Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and direction to a team of consultants, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed revenue targets through sales activities and effective management of client accounts.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Safety, Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of safety, service delivery and quality assurance.
