Description:

WE ARE A CENTRALLY LOCATED BOUTIQUE FIRM EXPERIENCING STRONG GROWTH. AS THE COMPANY SCALES, WE ARE LOOKING TO BRING ON A RECRUITMENT MANAGER TO DEVELOP STRATEGIC PLANS AND SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION TO SUPPORT THROUGH THE NEXT PHASE OF GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervise, drive, and grow the recruiting team
  • Improve on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures
  • Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management
  • Recommend and execute action plans to improve the employer brand
  • Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring needs
  • Building up the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Other ad-hoc duties may apply

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)
  • Proven work experience in Managerial / Supervisory level
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights
